          Thank you so much for sending over the updated itinerary PDF — it looks absolutely stunning. We showed my mum and she actually teared up! 😊
          We do have a couple of questions before we sign off on the final version:
          
            Client Questions
            1. Dhow Cruise (25 June): Is this a private charter or a shared group boat? We'd strongly prefer private if possible, even if there's a supplement. 

            2. Spice Farm Tour: James has a tree nut allergy — can you confirm there's no risk of cross-contamination during any tastings?

            3. Seronera Airstrip transfer: We land at 11:40 AM — is there a waiting time at the lodge or does someone meet us at the strip?
          
          Also, I just want to say — we've worked with two other travel companies before and this is by far the most thoughtful planning we've received. The day-by-day structure with the sunrise and sunset notes was such a lovely touch.

          My name is Marcus Delacroix. I am a senior partner at Deloitte France and was referred to your agency by my colleague Laurent Beaumont, who completed the Lemosho Route with you in October 2024. He spoke very highly of the operational quality and attention to detail.
          I am interested in a fully private, solo climb of Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route, ideally during August 2026 (I have flexibility around the 10th–25th). I have some specific requirements:
          
            Client Requirements
            • Private expedition — no shared groups at any stage

            • High altitude porter-to-climber ratio (minimum 3:1)

            • Satellite communication device for daily check-ins with my PA in Paris

            • Pre and post-climb stay: 5-star lodge in Arusha (prefer Elewana or equivalent)

            • I will require a detailed medical briefing document for my GP before departure

          Dear Kili & Coast,
          I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred on 28 March 2026 during Game Drive #3 in Tarangire National Park.
          
            ⚠ Complaint Summary
            Incident: Vehicle breakdown during afternoon game drive — stranded for 2h 40min

            Impact: Missed sundowner at Tarangire Treetops (non-refundable experience)

            Guide conduct: Guide did not communicate clearly or offer water during wait

            Resolution requested: Partial refund or credit toward future booking
          
          The breakdown itself, while unfortunate, is understandable. However, the lack of communication and the fact that we waited over two and a half hours in 34°C heat without water or shade — and that our guide made no effort to contact your operations team — is simply not acceptable for a premium product at this price point.
          I would appreciate a formal response within 48 hours and a clear outline of what remediation you are prepared to offer.
