URGENT GPS API blocker (Darius + driver app): Google Maps Platform key is needed. Founder must approve billing account. I've drafted the setup guide — it's in Notion under Tech Setup / API Keys. Takes 15 minutes to resolve. Two tasks are blocked on this.
ACTION Stripe live keys: Test environment is working. Founder needs to activate the Stripe live account and share keys with Amaka securely (use 1Password — I've created a shared vault). Needed by Apr 21 to stay on schedule.
REVIEW Admin dashboard: Leo's build is done and looks great — please review the Figma prototype link in Slack (#admin-dashboard) and leave feedback by Apr 16 so Leo can implement changes before Apr 20 deadline.
UPDATE Sprint 3 on track overall despite 2 blockers. If GPS API is resolved this week, we recover the schedule. Sprint 4 planning call is booked for Apr 28 at 10:00 AM — I'll send the prep doc 48h before. Launch date Jun 30 is still achievable.
